Stuck on the Subway

Stuck on the Subway is a collection of thoughts, the kind that come to you when the subway isn’t moving, and you’re staring at something and you’re not entirely sure what it is.

My name is Nick, I’m in my mid-30’s and you’ve stumbled upon a repository for all sorts of thoughts and ideas which I’d like to share with you. I’m living in Milwaukee (and there’s not even a subway here. Now there’s a thinker) after spending a few years in NYC (there is a subway there, but I’m sure you knew that).

I’m an ardent supporter of Wisconsin sports, but this isn’t a sports blog.

I’m fascinated by history, but this isn’t a history blog.

I’m a faithful Catholic, but this isn’t a religious blog.

I’m a Marine Corps veteran, but this isn’t a military blog.

I’m telling you this because these things will inevitably seep into a post here and there. Just bear with me and I promise I’ll try to keep it all tamped down.
